Tactical because I was able to be the most resourceful there as well as see all sides of the response including law enforcement response, RTF, and Transport.

I cannot think of a section of the course that was not valuable. I believe every moving part is essential to response.

Reunification is extremely brief and does not cover nearly enough of the process. While it takes a long time to teach reunification, it needs more attention.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I am not as familiar with RTF response, and I think I need more knowledge and understanding of how the response works.

Incorporating EMs into the practical exercise more would be helpful, even if it's to plug them into a different role (if there is no role for EM). This was done part of the time and was helpful.
